At Ruko, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return window for all products in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns or technical exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Ruko account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device to verify its condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
